The Anderson Street Industrial Warehouse development is one of a series of industrial warehouse projects completed in the Botany area. Our brief was to maximise the unit yield on a large vacant site featuring a long street boundary. The design solution involved the development of industrial units arranged around an internal ring road and with each designed to maximize functionality and efficiency.
