The Boggabri Village project was developed to support a new mining operation in the Boggabri region, providing accommodation for a workforce of 850 people—exceeding the population of the adjacent town. This large-scale project integrated essential infrastructure, including a new sewer treatment plant, water supply system, and electrical generation facilities.

Designed for both functionality and community well-being, the central facilities were built to cater to 500 people per sitting, serving meals three times a day. Beyond accommodation, the village featured recreation spaces, including a gym and a swimming pool, creating a well-rounded living environment for workers.

Careful site planning ensured seamless road connections and infrastructure integration while maintaining generous spacing between units. Thoughtfully placed trees, footpaths, and green spaces transformed the workforce facility into a liveable and welcoming community. With a total project cost of $66 million, Boggabri Village stands as a significant development in regional workforce accommodation.
