Jakaan Architects was tasked with the interior design for a financial services office in the newly developed Jordan Springs mixed-use building. Space was a limitation, with the entire office measuring just under 100m². However, we successfully created a comfortable and efficient workspace that included four workstations, a meeting room, a kitchen, a breakout area, storage, and a lounge area—all within the compact space.
With budget being a leading concern, we offered design options that maintained high quality without sacrificing the client's vision or requirements. The minimalist design featured warm interior elements to create an inviting atmosphere, perfectly aligning with the client's brief for a contemporary yet professional space.
This fitout was one of the early commercial projects in the Jordan Springs development, showcasing Jakaan Architects' ability to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing office environments in tight spaces.
