Located on the Mid North Coast in Thrumster, Glenfern is a thoughtfully planned over-50s lifestyle community by Hometown Australia. Jakaan Architects was engaged to assist in the delivery of this master planned development, specifically documenting 60 manufactured homes across the estate.
Each home was designed for rapid installation, with the capacity to be relocated within just three days. In addition to the standard home types, we developed custom layouts for irregular block shapes, duplex arrangements, and tailored solutions that reflected the individual preferences of future homeowners.
Our contribution supported Hometown’s vision for a vibrant, well-connected community that balances affordability, lifestyle, and low-maintenance living.
