Jakaan Architects was engaged by a specialist joinery company as documentation architects for the prestigious Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club in Point Piper, Sydney. While the overall concept was developed by an American architect, neither the design team nor the joinery specialists were able to provide the necessary architectural modelling, technical documentation, and 3D presentations required for approval.
Our role involved detailed architectural documentation, ensuring the highest level of precision for the club’s extremely high-end interior fitout. We worked closely with the joinery team to refine and document intricate design elements, including the ceiling featuring exposed decorative beams and bespoke interior details. Additionally, we provided construction building details to support the delivery of a flawless, luxury finish.
