This project involved a comprehensive update to a beautiful home, enhancing both its functionality and aesthetic appeal. The clients engaged Jakaan Architects to redesign and modernize key areas of the home, including the bathrooms, pool surrounds, and a new rooftop terrace. The brief also included installing new balustrades, windows, and a staircase to access the terrace.
The design retained the home’s original character while introducing contemporary elements that elevate its appeal. The bathrooms were transformed into luxurious, spa-like retreats with modern finishes and clean lines. Outside, the new pool surrounds were crafted to create a stylish yet functional outdoor space, perfect for entertaining. The crowning feature, a rooftop terrace, offers sweeping views and provides a serene escape.
